Das 4219 m hohe Hohberghorn liegt in den Walliser Alpen in der Mischabelgruppe.
Der Gipfel wird meist bei der Begehung des Nadelgrats überschritten.

Erstbesteiger des Hohberghorns sind Peter Taugwalder, Peter Perren, R. B. Heathcote und Franz Biner. Sie standen im August 1869 auf dem Gipfel.
