Die Haubatspitze ist 2008 m hoch und liegt im Ostrachtal zwischen den beiden Berggipfeln Breitenberg und Rotspitz. Auf dem luftigen felsigen Grat über die Heubatspitze verläuft der leichte Klettersteig Höhe Gänge. Auch die Verängerung des Hindelanger Klettersteiges über Großen und Kleinen Daumen mündet hier.
