Der "Falkertspitz", wie er im Volksmund genannt wird, ist ein Gipfel in den Kärntner Nockbergen und lässt sich von mehreren Seiten aus erreichen. Eine schöne Wanderroute startet beim Falkertsee und geht übers Sonntagstal. Diese Wanderung ist als einfach einzustufen, weil man nur beim letzten Teil des Aufstiegs zum Gipfelkreuz hin etwas klettern muss. Man kann zudem auch von St. Oswald (über Hundsfeldscharte) als auch - die gemütlichste Variante - den Weg über die Skipisten wählen. Besonders für Sonnenaufgangswanderungen eignet sich dieser Gipfel, die, geführt durch einen Biosphärenparkranger, Magische Momente verspricht (Mehr Infos auf www.badkleinkirchheim.at).

Der Falkertspitz ist auch für Familien ein toller Berg, da der Aufstieg nur etwa. 1-1,5 Stunden dauert. Tipp: Besuchen Sie anschließend die Heidi-Alm - ein besonderes Highlight für Ihre Kinder sowie alle Fans der Kinderbücher zu Heidis Lehr- und Wanderjahre von der Schweizer Autorin Johanna Spyri.
