A Bakony erdőinek mélyén, Bakonybél és Csehbánya között, a Fekete-séd folyása mellett ered az árulkodó nevű Tiszta-víz-forrás. A forrásnál ne számítsunk foglalásra, a természetes állapotok szerint a víz a földből buzog elő, és méretes forrásmedencében gyűlik össze, amelyben még aszálykor is találunk vizet. A névadás nem tűnik túlzásnak, kristálytiszta kis tavacska kavarog a lábunk előtt, mellette kis pihenőhely található.
A forrásvíz egy rövid patakon keresztül folyik a Németbánya és Bakonybél között kanyargó Fekete-sédbe. (A Séd névvel a Bakonyban és a Balaton-felvidéken találkozhatunk, a helyi elnevezés sebes folyású patakot jelöl. A kifejezést a gyors folyás által kiváltott hanghatás ihlette.)
Számos ritka növény található a Fekete-séd fokozottan védett természetvédelmi területen fekvő völgyében; a Tiszta-víz-forrás környékén az acsalapú és a szádorgó tűnik fel.

- A forrás közvetlenül nem elérhető tömegközlekedéssel, a legközelebbi település Csehbánya.
- Ajka vagy Veszprém felől is indulnak ide buszok, a Csehbánya, autóbusz-váróterem megállónál szálljunk le.

- Csehbányáról a P+ jelzésen induljunk el. Ahol elérjük a P sávot, forduljunk balra. Többszöri patakátkelés után, ahol a P balra fordul, mi élesen jobbra térünk a P● jelzésen, ami a forráshoz vezet (4,75 km).
Parking
- Parkolni a Fő utca-Bakony utca környékén érdemes, innen indul a P+ jelzés.
