The Spree officially has three sources: one on the Kottmar, one in Neugersdorf and one in the Spree village of Ebersbach.
Two of the total of three Spree springs, which give Ebersbach-Neugersdorf its famous epithet, are located on the territory of the town. At the Spreeborn in the OT Ebersbach/Sa. a cast-iron pavilion was built in 1896. This picturesque gem is worth a visit in any case! The confluence of the two arms of the Spree at Spree-Eck is located in a newly designed park with attractive playground equipment and invites you to linger after a discovery tour.
