The sculpture of a young man at the pier of Radolfzell was created by German sculptor Ubbo Enninga.
Named after the Pacific weather phenomenon, the feet of El Nino are located at the pier continuously washed by Lake Constance water. Depending on the water level, one can see more or less of the sculpture. Locals love the reliable water gauge and "their El Nino.”
