Der Marstall des Klosters Einsiedeln gilt als ältestes noch bestehendes Gestüt Europas. Der barocke Stall wurde in den Jahren 1764 – 1767 erbaut. Die Einsiedler Pferde wurden in ganz Europa sehr geschätzt, in Italien bekamen sie den Namen «Cavalli della Madonna». Durch Renovierung und Modernisierung der Stallungen soll dem alten Einsiedler Schlag auch eine Zukunft geboten werden.

Öffentliche Besichtigungen der Stallungen: Mo – Sa 07.00 – 17.00 Uhr.
