- A buszról a Dédestapolcsány, Tó utcai forduló kell leszállni.
- Az Uppony, Szabadság telep megállóból is megközelíthetjük a tó, illetve a pihenőhely.

Directions
- A dédestapolcsányi buszmegállóból északi irányba indulunk a Tó utcán át a K jelzést követve a tóig (2,8 km, 46 m szintemelkedés).
- Az upponyi buszmegállóból keleti irányba indulunk a Széchényi telep utcáján, majd az útvégi T-elágazásban jobbra térve a K jelzést követjük az Upponyi-szoroson át a tó északi partjáig (2,6 km, 92 m szintemelkedés).
Parking
- Dédestapolcsányban a Tó utca végén kialakított parkolóban érdemes letenni az autót.
- Engedéllyel a tó mellett haladó aszfaltútra is behajthatunk, így közvetlenül a táborhelynél parkolhatunk.
