Keszthelytől délre, Fenékpusztán a 71-es út és a kerékpárút közé ékelődve találjuk ezt a csinos épületet, ami bringás pihenőként és buszmegállóként egyaránt funkcionál.
A fenékpusztai elágazásban egy csinos, többfunkciós építmény kapott helyet. Egy római kori erőd, a 15 hektárnyi területet felölelő Valcum Castrum területén járunk - ennek az erődnek a formavilágát idézi fel a kőből és fából emelt, cseréptetős, íves ablakokkal ellátott építmény. Középen kőfal választja két különböző térfélre a két oldaláról nyitott házikót. A nyugati, 71-es főútra néző része a távolsági busz megállójaként funkcionál, a keleti pedig kerékpáros pihenőként. A belső térben elhelyezett padon ülve szemmel tarthatjuk az ablakokon át a közelgő buszt vagy a kerékpárút forgalmát.
A kerékpárút menti táblákat követve érdemes kitérőt tenni, hogy a közelben felfedezhessük Fenékpuszta ókori erődjének falmaradványait.
A legközelebbi fedett kerékpáros pihenők:
- északi irányban: Keszthely, Fenéki út
- déli irányban: Balatonszentgyörgy külterület
