Sparbach Nature Park, the oldest nature park in Austria, is located in the municipality of Hinterbrühl near Mödling in the southern Vienna Woods and was founded in 1962. This park is a true jewel of nature, where giant trees, romantic ruins and spacious meadows invite you to wander through the Vienna Woods landscape, which was designed in the Biedermeier period. Encounters with free-roaming wild boars offer visitors an unforgettable day out. Sparbach Nature Park is not only a place of relaxation and recreation, but also a place of learning and discovery. With a variety of guided tours as diverse as the nature park itself, visitors can experience the biodiversity of the park up close.
