The multi-generational square in Limbach offers games, exercise and relaxation for all age groups – from climbing towers and sandpits for children to boules courts, sensory benches and picnic facilities for adults.

The Limbach multi-generational square on Zweibrücker Straße is a lovingly designed and well-maintained meeting place for families, children, young people and senior citizens. It combines play, exercise and socialising in a space that invites children to run around and offers adults and older visitors opportunities to relax.

There is plenty of play equipment for children to enjoy: a sandpit, a roundabout, climbing towers, balance beams, swings, a slide and a separate toddler area with a sandpit. The ground is mainly sand, which makes it safe for children to play, while bushes and individual trees around the play area provide a natural border. As there are no sun sails or roofs, wearing a hat is recommended on hot days.

Adults and senior citizens will also find plenty of opportunities to enjoy themselves in the park. Sensory benches invite you to linger and relax, picnic facilities offer the opportunity for communal outdoor meals, and the boules court provides sporting entertainment. The facilities are complemented by a climbing course that encourages not only children but also older visitors to get active.

A particular advantage of the multi-generational square is its direct connection to the "Haus für alle" (House for All), a meeting place for different generations located in the former premises of the kindergarten. The rooms are used for club activities as well as for events involving different generations, ideally complementing the outdoor facilities.

This combination of play, exercise, socialising and quiet spaces makes the Limbach multi-generational square a place that strengthens community spirit and is ideal for a family outing, an afternoon with friends or a relaxing break.
