Parish church in Welschensteinach

The current parish church in the Welschensteinach district, dedicated to the apostles St Peter and St Paul, is located on the slope of the Kirchberg. It is a Romanesque building with a single nave, which was built by the Fürstenberg master builder Franz Joseph Salzmann in 1771. The square tower adjoining the north side of the choir dates back to the 12th and 13th centuries, including the clock storey.

Please note that due to the current situation, there will be no church service until further notice.
