Ceconijev park je dobil ime po Giacomu Ceconiju, ki se je rodil v severovzhodni Italiji. Bil je zidarski mojster in uspešen podjetnik. Veliko je prispeval za razvoj svojega rojstnega kraja Pielunga. Avstro-Ogrska in Kraljevina Italija sta mu za njegove zasluge podelili plemiški naslov.
Njegovo podjetje je zgradilo Bohinjski predor. Sedanji park je edini ostanek stavbnega kompleksa, ki sta ga zgradila podjetje Ceconi in država za nastanitev podjetnika in njegove družine, uradnikov podjetja ter državnega nadzorništva. V osemdesetih letih so zgradbe podrli. Sami se lahko sprehodite med vrtički in uživate v pogledih na čudovite cvetlice. Park je namenjen tudi za poročne obrede na prostem in kulturne dejavnosti. Leži ob zahodnem bregu potoka Belca.
