海沿いにある総面積約6000平方メートルの広大な芝生公園。園内には足湯が設置されており、足湯で癒されながら桜島を眺めることができる。

桜島港から徒歩でほど近い場所に、日本最大級の足湯が桜島にある。利用料は無料。全長約100メートル、地下1,000ｍより湧出する天然温泉を利用している。足湯の泉質は赤褐色の塩化物泉でかけ流し。隣接するなぎさ遊歩道の散歩やジョギングの後に、そして、すぐ近くにある海づり公園で釣りを楽しんだ後に、桜島を間近に見ながらリラックスできる。タオルを忘れてしまっても、すぐ近くの桜島ビジターセンターやレインボー桜島でオリジナルタオルを販売している。公園は海沿いの大きな芝生公園。ピクニックするもよし、芝生で遊ぶもよし、桜島を目の前にくつろぎの時間を過ごそう。
