In 1965, an observatory was built on the old stone observation tower of Klagenfurt's extensive Kreuzbergl woodland, which today offers visitors a fascinating view of the sky. But the viewing platform is not stingy with fabulous views either: here you can enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view of the Klagenfurt basin and the Karawanken mountains.
