Ludwigsklause - audio tour
The Ludwigsklause is unique in the Legelbach system as a drifting through a woog. The valley is very narrow, so that the wood had to pass through a woog, which is obviously needed here, and which was otherwise avoided. Therefore, in addition to the normal outlet, there is a side channel for the wood with a drop into the main channel. Before that, the wood had to be collected in the Klause. The woog was moved upwards in Bavarian times, as this position was apparently more favourable.
