The Horn "motte" was a simple fortification from the Middle Ages, built quickly at that time. It is an earthen mound surrounded by a water ditch, which probably had a wooden tower in the middle.

The medieval motte hills near Horn are located along the route of the themed cycling path "Romans, Knights, Monastic Women," which can be cycled year-round.
