Das Wassertor ist Teil der Stadtmauer und führt in die wasserreiche Isnyer Vorstadt. Stadt- und Museumsführer zeigen das einstige Gefängnis im ersten Geschoss und die Türmerwohnung ganz oben im Torturm.

Wassertor-Führung: jeden 3. Samstag im Monat, 14 Uhr (Mai bis Oktober)
Stadtführung "Isny erzählt Geschichte": jeden Samstag, 9.30 Uhr (in der Regel wird im Rahmen der Stadtführung auch das ehemalige Gefängis besichtigt). Treffpunkt: Kurhaus am Park, unterer Eingang, Isny
