Today the building is not open to visitors, and even among local residents knowledge about the site is limited. Its location is somewhat obscure, and it can be difficult to find without prior information. Like many small manor houses scattered across the Vojvodina, it represents a fragment of the region’s multicultural past, shaped by Hungarian, German, and Serbian influences along the Danube River basin.
Although little documentation survives, such estates were often surrounded by small parks, agricultural land, or orchards, functioning both as leisure retreats and as centres of local estate management.
Public transport
Sonta can be reached by regional bus services from nearby towns such as Apatin and Sombor. Travellers arriving from larger cities like Novi Sad typically travel first to Sombor and then continue by local bus or taxi to Sonta.Directions
The summer house lies in the rural surroundings of Sonta, and because it is poorly marked and not a public attraction, locating it may require local guidance or GPS coordinates. Visitors usually approach via local roads from Sonta village and then continue along smaller agricultural tracks.Coordinates
