Weit mehr als nur ein Bahnhof: Die Ausstellung im InfoTurmStuttgart – kurz „ITS“ – macht das Bahnprojekt Stuttgart–Ulm mit seinen vier Bahnhöfen und rund 120 Kilometer Strecke sowie den damit verbundenen Zukunftsthemen begreif- und erlebbar.

Treffpunkt Zukunft – eines der spektakulärsten Bauprojekte Europas im InfoTurmStuttgart entdecken: Welche Chancen eröffnet das Projekt für die Stadt, die Region, das Land und für ganz Deutschland? Die Projektpartner informieren in der neuen Ausstellung über Themen wie:

  • Faszination Bautechnik
  • Mobilität und Urbanität im Wandel
  • Moderne Stadtentwicklung
  • Stuttgart als Pilotknoten
  • Historie und aktuelle Entwicklung

Eine Ausstellung für alle:

Multimedial und interaktiv

Viele digitale Inhalte über Monitore, iPads und Augmented Reality ergänzen die Ausstellung. Die interaktive Medieninstallation „The Cave“ führt virtuell durch den gesamten neuen Bahnhof.

Haptisch und greifbar

Haptische Modelle machen den Bahnhof und die Neubaustrecken begreifbar.

International und barrierefrei

Sämtliche Ausstellungsinhalte sind auch in Englisch verfügbar. Barrierefreiheit besteht im Gebäude, durch taktile Wandleisten, ertastbare Exponate und hörbare Raumbeschreibungen.

Speziell entwickelte Spiele und digitale Anwendungen für Kinder.
