The ground floor is dedicated to ethnography and showcases the traditional material and spiritual culture of Ihtiman. Exhibits include locally produced textiles, embroidery, lacework, painted Easter eggs, ceramics, and examples of traditional Ihtiman folk costume. The upper floor contains archaeological and historical displays, presenting ceramic fragments and artefacts that reveal the area's early history. The exhibitions also explore the transformation of the settlement from the ancient town of Stipon to Ottoman-era Itiman, as well as significant events such as the April Uprising, the Russo-Turkish War, the Unification of Bulgaria, and the Balkan conflicts of the early twentieth century. A dedicated section honours Goncho Belev through personal belongings, manuscripts, and information about his literary work.
