Furthermore, through the summer we offer a colorful range of events for guests and locals. 

From June to August, our miller processes the rye from the Ritzingerfeld into flour. If the door of the mill in Selkingen is open, you may take a look inside at any time. This rye flour ground by Stein can be bought in the village store in Biel. Our activities range from guided botanical evening hikes, rye bread baking, concerts to the Grafschafter farmers' market. We also run a culture room, which exhibits annually changing content. The program can be viewed on our homepage.
