Inmitten des Stadtgartens und unweit des Zeppelin-Brunnens befindet sich das Zeppelin-Denkmal. Die schlichte wie imposante Bronzesäule ragt 13 Meter in die Höhe und trägt als Inschrift den Ausspruch Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelins (1838-1917): "Man muss nur wollen und daran glauben, dann wird es gelingen." Das Denkmal wurde im Jahr 1985 eingeweiht und vom Bildhauer Toni Schneider-Manzell (1911-1996) geschaffen. Schneider-Manzell stammte übrigens aus Friedrichshafen-Manzell.
