Die Wassergöttin ist eine Skulptur des Künstlers Peter Plentz.

Der gelernte Maurer und Betonbauer Peter Plentz ist seit einigen Jahren als Bauhandwerker tätig. Die Wassergöttin ist eine der Skulpturen auf dem Steinlegendenweg in der Gemeinde Großheirath, für den Plentz den Ideengeber gab. Bei seinen Skulpturen verarbeitet er Themen wie „Gut und Böse“ oder „Werden und Vergehen“. Besonderes Augenmerk legt der Künstler immer auf die Ort-Lage-Bestimmung. So steht die Skulptur der Wassergöttin natürlich wassernah.
