The Marian Grotto in Petersberg is, for many believers, a pilgrimage site where a total of 53 Marian apparitions occurred in the 1950s.
At the rock, where there were a total of 53 Marian apparitions starting in 1947, a pilgrimage site was created with great attention to detail, featuring benches, information boards, and various Christian statues. The well-maintained grounds document the individual apparitions and various stations in the life of Jesus Christ.
