Location: in and around Eppenbrunn, Trulben, and Kröppen.
The Lorraine crosses have their origin in the Bitche region and are a stone-carved All Saints' litany. There are a total of eight such crosses in Eppenbrunn, Kröppen, and Trulben.
The majority of Lotharingian crosses date back to the 18th and 19th centuries. The Catholics of the border communities Eppenbrunn, Trulben, Hilst, Schweix, and Kröppen have adopted the custom of their brethren in East Lotharingia and have also erected stone crosses out of religious needs, just like them. Many of these crosses have been preserved to this day. The shaft crosses, some of which reach up to 4 meters in height, consist of a more or less robustly shaped base from which the shaft, adorned with figures and symbols, rises. The oldest cross is located in Eppenbrunn on Talstraße and dates back to 1747. The Lotharingian cross in Trulben, for example, features a very beautiful representation of the Hubertus legend in sandstone.
