Kleiner Platz zu Füßen des Wasserturms

Dieser Platz steht im Zeichen der Partnerschaft mit der Stadt Izegem aus Belgien. Schon seit 1980 besteht die Partnerschaft, oft besuchen die Belgier Bad Zwischenahn und andersherum.

Außerdem finden Sie hier ein Denkmal in Erinnerung an den deutschen Seenotrettungsdienst.

Bänke laden zum Verweilen ein, Weiden und andere Bäume, aber vor allem der Wasserturm bieten Schatten und eine Blumenwiese erfreut Bienen und andere Insekten.
