The high altar from the year 1729 is marked by the picture of Grace. The side altars date from 1774 and show works by Joseph Bergler the Younger. The central nave carries the so-called imperial light, a goldsmith's work by Lukas Lang from Augsburg. Kaiser Leopold I donated it in 1676 on the occasion of his wedding in Passau. In the sacristy there is the treasury of the pilgrimage. Capuchins took over the pastoral care of the pilgrimage.
