Vom Schacht haben sich am Haldenrand die Grundmauern und die in die Tiefe führende Schachtmauerung erhalten.

Vom ursprünglich mit einem Pferdegöpel, später miteinem großen Dampfgöpel ausgestatteten Schachthaben sich am Haldenrand die Grundmauern unddie in die Tiefe führende Schachtmauerung mitüberspringenden Bögen erhalten. Die Mauerungwurde aus Bruchsteinen hergestellt. Als Ecksteinefanden, insbesondere im übertägigen Bereich,Hausteine Verwendung.
