Die 900 Jahre alte Schlösslemühle im Ortsteil Ensisheim der Gemeinde Bärenthal besaß von 1911 bis 1963 das größte oberschlächtliche Wasserrad aus Holz in Europa (12 Meter Durchmesser). Die Beimühle wird heute noch mit einem restaurierten unterschlächtigen Wasserrad angetrieben.
