aus Bruchstein liegt im malerischen Tiefenbachtal zwischen Kesternich und Dedenborn. Er besteht aus einem Wohnhaus und einem zweigeschossigen Anbau. Vor dem Wohnhaus steht ein Holzkreuz aus der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Heute befindet sich die ehemalige Ölmühle in Privatbesitz.
