Das restaurierte landwirtschaftliche Fachwerkgebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz.

Die Mühle wurde 1198 in einer Urkunde, in der die Ittenhauser Besitzungen des Wernher von Ailingen dem Kloster Kreuzlingen übertragen wurden, erstmals erwähnt. Das heutige Gebäude wurde aber erst 1786 erbaut. Das Gebäude kann für Veranstaltungen angemietet werden und bietet zudem Co-Working Arbeitsplätze.
