Die Mühle befindet sich auf dem sogenannten Galgenberg zwischen Drehnow, Turnow und Peitz und ist seit 1864 in Familienbesitz. Besucher erfahren hier Wissenswertes über die Geschichte und Funktion der Mühle. In den 1930er Jahren erfolgte eine technische Umrüstung der Mühle. Seit diesem Umbau wird die historische Mühlentechnik über einen Elektromotor betrieben. Die charakteristischen Windmühlenflügel wurden demontiert. Die interessante alte Mühlentechnik, der über 100 Jahre alte funktionstüchtige Fahrstuhl, ein Blick ins Storchennest sowie die Beobachtung von Schleiereulen oder Turmfalken sind ein einzigartiges Erlebnis.
