Unweit der Eckartsburg, auf dem Sachsenberg, steht die Holländer-Windmühle. Sie misst vom Boden bis zur Haubenspitze 13 Meter. Anstelle von Flügeln besitzt die Mühle ein zehnspeichiges Windrad, eines wie es nur in den Mittelmeerländern üblich ist. Aber gerade dieses Windrad macht die Mühle deutschlandweit so einzigartig.
