Naapurivaaran veneranta sijaitsee Sotkamossa Nuasjärveen laskevan Mujehoulunjoen varrella noin kahdeksan kilometriä kirkonkylästä Kajaaniin päin. Se on rakennettu uitonaikaiselle pudotuspaikalle.
Mujethoulun rannoilta aukeavat upeat maisemat Vuokatinvaaroille. Vastarannalla on Katinkullan golfkenttiä.
Naapurivaaran venerannan alueella on veneille sekä laituri- että puutelarantapaikkoja. Venepaikkoja on yhteensä noin 30. Vanhan uitonaikaisen Tenetti pudotuspaikan penkereet toimivat aallonmurtajina.
Alueella on myös betoninen veneluiska veneen laskua ja nostoa varten.
Aallonmurtajan länsipuolella on Naapurinvaaran uimaranta.
Rannalla on lasinen kota-rakennus tulipaikaksi.
Laiturissa on myös vierasvenepaikkoja.
Paikka toimii hyvin melonnan lähtöpisteenä tai rantautumispaikkana.
Aluetta ylläpitää Naapurinvaaran kyläyhdistys.

Kajaanin ja Sotkamon välisen ns. pohjoispuolisen tien liikenteen pysäkki on muutaman sadan metrin päässä Pohjavaarantiellä.
