Rozhledna je zajímavá svojí kosntrukcí - jedná se o 18 m vysoký hranol, jehož ocelové jádro je obložené dřevěným opláštěním. Hlavní ochoz se nachází ve výšce cca 15 nad zemí, ale rozhledna má po celé své výšce několik balkónů a průzorů skrz opláštění, díky kterým se návštěvníkovi při cestě vzůru pěkně postupně rozvíjí pohled na Jeseníky.
Nejpěknější výhledy jsou z rozhledny západním směrem na Orlické hory a Králický Sněžník. Do ostatních světových stran brání výhledům zalesněný svah Medvědí hory a Mravenečníku.
