Ein Turm wie aus einem Märchen, erschaffen von Hubert von Herkomer zu Ehren seiner Mutter.

Mit seinem goldfarbenem Dach spitzt der Mutterturm lechabwärts gesehen aus einer Parklandschaft. Dieser im Stil eines normannischen Burgfrieds aus großen Tuffquadern gefügte Bau des Historismus wurde 1884 von Hubert von Herkomer zu Ehren und zum Gedenken an seine Mutter erbaut.
