Die Stadtbücherei Mindelheim bietet ein breit gefächertes Angebot an Medien und Dienstleistungen. Ca. 21.000 Medien stehen zur Ausleihe bereit, ergänzt wird das Angebot vor Ort durch digitale Angebote im Netz wie die Online Schwaben, der Musik-Streaming-Dienst Freegal und der Brockhaus online.

-Wegen Sanierung befindet sich die Stadtbücherei aktuell in den Räumen der Mindelheimer Museen-

Neben den neusten Romanen und Sachbüchern zu aktuellen Themen finden sich im Bestand auch Bücher in großer Schrift, Lyrik und Klassiker.

Darüber hinaus gibt es fremdsprachige Literatur, Easy Readers, Bücher in einfacher Sprache, Sprachkurse, Filme auf DVD, Hörbücher auf CD und MP3 und Musik-CDs.
45 Zeitschriftenabos und zwei Tageszeitungen stehen täglich druckfrisch zur Verfügung.

Literatur, die für wissenschaftliche Arbeiten benötigt wird, kann per Fernleihe bestellt werden.
