Der Spullersee ist von den ÖBB im Zuge der Arlbergbahn errichtet worden und dient zur Stromerzeugung für die österreichische Bundesbahn. Dieser See ist auch ein Angler Paradies und besonders für die gleichnamigen Forellen bekannt.
Die Anreise kann zu Fuß von Klösterle, Langen oder Lech erfolgen oder auch mit dem öffentlichen Bus direkt von Lech aus.
