Schuhflickersee is a crystal-clear mountain lake located above the Aualm and a beautiful destination for a moderately difficult hike in Grossarl.

Schuhflickersee is located above the Aualm in Grossarl and is a worthwhile destination for hikers. The hike can start right at the Aualm or further down in the valley. From the Aualm, the trail leads uphill to the lake and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Those who wish to extend the hike can combine Schuhflickersee with Schuhflicker or the Paarseen.

Directions

Drive by car or hiking taxi to the district of Unterberg, then continue on Rattersbergweg towards Lainholzbauern and further to the parking lot just below the Aualm. A fee of € 5.00 is payable at the barrier on the path to the mountain hut.

Parking

Parking just below the Aualm. You could also park directly at the Aualm, but there are not many parking spaces there, so we recommend choosing the parking lot below the mountain hut.

Der Schuhflickersee ist ein natürlicher Bergsee und nicht zum Baden vorgesehen. Zum Schutz der empfindlichen Natur bitten wir darum, auf das Baden zu verzichten.
