Beim Dietlhofer See handelt es sich um einen während der letzten Eiszeit entstandenen Toteissee. Der im Sommer stark frequentierte Badesee liegt nur einige hundert Meter vom nördlichen Stadtrand von Weilheim in Oberbayern entfernt. Benannt ist er nach dem östlich des Sees gelegenenen Weilers Dietlhofen. Durch seine unmittelbare Stadtnähe zählt der Dietlhofer See zu den beliebtesten Naherholungsgebieten der Weilheimer. Eine große Liegewiese mit Fußball- und Beachvolleyballplatz, Kinderspielplatz und Badestegen verspricht einen erholsamen und gleichzeitig abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt. Im Seerestaurant mit Biergarten lässt es sich im Anschluss gemütlich einkehren. Bei guter Fernsicht genießen Besucher einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Alpenkette.
