Der Dagowsee mit einer Fläche von 24 ha und einer max. Tiefe von 9,50 m (mittlere Tiefe 5,00 m) liegt ca. 500 m östlich des Stechlinsees. Bei einer Wanderung um den See legt man 3,5 km zurück. Diese kann man von Neuglobsow aus unter alten Eichen und Buchen am Ufer beginnen. Die vielen Seerosen sind hübsch anzusehen. Der Schilfgürtel bietet vielen Vogelarten gute Brutmöglichkeiten. Schwäne, Haubentaucher, Bleßhühner und verschiedene Entenarten (Tafel- und Stockente) sind hier zu beobachten.

Die jetzt etwa 10 m² große Insel im Dagowsee wird durch eine Erle gekennzeichnet. Da sie von den beiden Söhnen des Glashüttenbesitzers an der flachsten Stelle des Sees aufgeschüttet wurde, bezeichnet man sie als "Bruderinsel".
