Nun kommen wir über einen Waldweg nach Litzelsdorf. Eine seltsame Geländeform macht auf eine geheimnisvolle, unvollendete Burg aufmerksam. Ein rundes Plateu von 55 m Durchmesser, das mit einem Wallumgeben ist, bildet eine Ringwallanlage. Üblicherweise wurde bei solchen „Hausbergen“ in der Mitte ein Turm errichtet – dieser Bau wurde jedoch nie fertiggestellt. Warum die Bauarbeiten hier letztendlich eingestellt wurden erfahren Sie an diesem Platz, jedenfalls hat es mit der„Güssinger Fehde“ 1291 zu tun, wie im Jahr 2015 von der Gemeinde Litzelsdorf beauftragten archäologische Sondagen belegten. Die damals hier gefundenen Objekte stammen allerdings von einer zerstörten Siedlung aus der Römischen Kaiserzeit.
