Anfang Juli 2010 öffnete der neue Calauer Info-Punkt und das WBC - Kundencenter. Direkt an der Cottbuser Straße gelegen ist
es Repräsentant für das Unternehmen WBC und die Stadt Calau. Mit moderner Technik ausgestattet, farbenfroh und offen lädt es zu einem Besuch ein. Erste Ansprechpartnerin im Center ist Frau Eichner. Auch für die Information der Touristen steht sie bereit.
„Wir wollen einerseits unseren Kundenservice verbessern und andererseits auch den Besuchern unserer Stadt einen Anlaufpunkt für Informationen zu unserer Stadt und der Region bieten.“, so die Geschäftsführerin der WBC Frau Goyn.
