Surrounded by vineyards and only a few minutes' walk from the Palatinate Forest, lies our beautiful wine village of Hainfeld. In 2003, Hainfeld was the winner of the competition "Our village should become more beautiful". Nestled in a sea of vines, the picturesque community forms the gateway to the romantic Modenbach Valley. Our wine village is located in the district Südliche Weinstraße, almost in the middle between the cities Landau/Pfalz and Neustadt/Weinstraße.
Highly decorated winegrowers, chic wine bars, modern and appealing accommodations, a small but fine art scene enrich the baroque winegrowing town. Connoisseurs appreciate the excellent wines. The restaurants offer Palatinate specialties and regional delicacies. Art lovers are recommended to take a walk to the Mittelmühle and visit the church with frescoes from the 15th century. Baroque statues adorn the wine-growing village, which is popular with hikers and cyclists with its Seselrundweg, the Mühlenwanderweg and the connection to the Pfälzer Weinsteig.
