The first weighbridge was installed in 1919.
In 1919, Neuburg's first weighbridge was installed at the Raiffeisenhaus (Hauptstr. 28, Dorfplatz). Farmers weighed their livestock and crops here. The expansion of the main road made it necessary to relocate the scales. It found its new location at the tobacco weighing shed (Im Gründel). In 1987, the operation of the scales had to be abandoned as they had become unprofitable due to the decline in agriculture.
