Situato nell'abitato di Pressano, l'edificio fu sede del Giudizio di Königsberg dal XV al XVI secolo, quando la giurisdizione fu trasferita a Lavis. Divenne quindi residenza della nobile famiglia de Schulthaus di Lavis fino al 1821, quando divenne proprietà dei Viero. Attualmente è patrimonio di Karl Heinz Wackerle.
Della facciata un tempo integralmente dipinta rimane oggi solo lo stemma imperiale raffigurante l'aquila bicipite di Carlo V, simile a quella visibile nel Cortile dei Leoni al Castello del Buonconsiglio a Trento.
