Letzter Zeuge der geplanten "seemännischen Unteroffiziersvorschule" der Wehrmacht.

Vom Thalerium sind es nur ein paar Schritte (zuerst Richtung Wörthersee, dann nach links) zur Waldarena Krumpendorf. Auf der Open-Air-Bühne finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen statt. Die leider verschlossene eiserne Tür auf der Bühne führt in einen Bunker aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg. Die deutsche Wehrmacht hatte im Bereich der heutigen Schiffsanlegestelle die Errichtung einer „seemännischen Unteroffiziersvorschule“ geplant, aber nur die beiden dazugehörigen Luftschutzstollen fertiggestellt. Die ebenfalls verschlossenen Eingänge zum zweiten befinden sich auf der anderen Seite des Weges im Hügel zwischen Thalerium und der Schiffsanlegestelle.
