Die Burg Fronfeste in Althofen, Kärnten, stammt aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. Mit ihrem gotisch-barocken Stil und dem imposanten Wohnturm ist sie ein bedeutendes historisches Denkmal.
Die Burg Fronfeste in Althofen, Kärnten, ist eine historische Festungsanlage mit mittelalterlichem Ursprung. Erbaut im 14. Jahrhundert, diente sie ursprünglich als Wehrturm und Verwaltungssitz. Die Burg ist bekannt für ihre markante Architektur, die gotische und barocke Elemente vereint. Ein markantes Merkmal ist der imposante Wohnturm mit seinen massiven Mauern und Schießscharten, die auf ihre einstige Verteidigungsfunktion hinweisen. Das Hauptgebäude, umgeben von einer Wehrmauer, bietet einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft.
