Die Mosbacher Linde ist ein markanter Baum und befindet sich an einer Weggabelung zwischen Eisenach und Mosbach an der Eisenacher Flurgrenze wo die Weinstraße und der Mosbacher Marktweg aufeinander treffen. Die Winterlinde sowie der umliegende Baumbestand sind ca. 250 – 300 Jahre alt. Die Mosbacher Linde selbst wurde 1966 als Naturdenkmal ausgewiesen.
Eine Bank um eine Schutzhütte bieten allen Wanderern eine tolle Rastmöglichkeit mit einem herrlichen Ausblick zu den sagenumwobenen Hörselbergen und zu den Urwäldern des Nationalparks Hainich.
